In Journalism class, we tend to stick to journalism stories and forget that writing is sometimes just about writing. It is important to remember that writing needs to be fun and sometimes even FUNNY! So, in the next assignment, students will be writing using the following words that the class prior brainstormed. The words must be used in the story and it should still have some certain journalistic elements like 1) a strong lead, 2) inverted pyramid style, 3) quotes from involved people.
