Journalism critique

I wouldn't change a lot about Journalism. The class is really fun, but there is one thing that I would of really would of liked. I feel like we didn't use the cameras enough. We used the camcorders on the senior videos, but nothing really with Photo Journalism. Over all the class was fun, and I'm going to miss it when I move, but hopefully I will get to take Journalism at my new school.

  1. Even on the Web, good writing is still central to good journalism. That said, I agree with Lena and other students that more use of the cameras would be good. Of course, scripting a good video requires at least much good writing and organization as composing a good who-what-when-where all-text story. Keep looking for meaningful ways to support your text with good photos and videos.
