Mmmm...Cupcakes!

Everyone enjoys a chocolate covered, and I mean covered with lots of frosting, chocolate cupcake. Well I suppose not everyone loves them, but most and I am one of those people who love chocolate cupcakes. They just know how to hit the spot. I'm going to tell you how I make these wonderful cupcakes. First off, I didn't have time to make them from scratch and I've never made them from scratch either, so my best friend would have to be making it by the box. I'm a cheater, yes I know! For your ingredients you will need three eggs, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, and 1 1/4 cup of water. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Now stir all of this plus the mix from the box into a bowl or you could use a blender if you don't want to do the work. I usually put in half the mix in the bowl then make sure I don't have any of the power mix still in there then add more until it's super smooth with no lumps. Now set the liners in the pan for your cupcakes to bake and fill each liner 2/3 full. Now set your cupcakes into the over for 18-22 minutes. After the timer goes off, take out the pan and let it sit for awhile. Next take the cupcakes out of the pan and put them in the fridge to cool down so it's easier to put frosting on them. Once they are cooled put your frosting in a zip lock baggy, cut one end of it, and then squeeze out as much frosting you want on each cupcake. Now serve! I didn't bring any of the cupcakes to Journalism today because I forgot about the people who dislike chocolate and the people who gave it up for lent. So tonight I will make red velvet cupcakes and bring all 48 cupcakes to class on Wednesday!
