No, No, No, No, Drama

I'm not sure if it is just my class or if this happens all to all classes in high school, but my class is loaded with drama. I feel like there is no point to drama, nothing gets solved, no one ever wins, and it all ends the same. Nothing gets resolved and the fighting continues.

Girls are mean, they will do and say anything to make people feel bad. Girls are catty and talk about their “friends” behind their back. People hide behind facebook and text messages to say things to people that they can't say to their face. I find that this extremely childish and cowardly. I don't think that you should talk about someone unless you are willing to say it to their face. If you can't say it to their face then you shouldn't be talking about them at all.

I think that you should stand up for yourself when someone it talking bad about you. If you don't they are just going to keep walking all over you. But what I really feel is that no one has to right to talk bad about anyone. What makes them better then who they are talking about? They aren't better and they have no right. Even though I think you need to stand up for yourself there is a point where you just need to let it go and be the bigger person. You need to stop fighting because nothing will get solved. In the end it is just a waste of time. There are bigger things in the world to be worrying about then stupid high school drama.

All in all, I'm not saying that I have never done any of this. I'm not perfect and neither is anyone else. The difference between me and the girls who love drama is that I have learned from what I have done in the past. I have grown up, I have learned to stand up for myself and I never want to make people feel the way so many people have made me feel. People have their own opinion and that is fine, they should just learn when it is ok to voice it and when to keep it to themselves.
