100 Ft. Fall!

Do you think you would be able to live a 100 feet fall? Teagan Marti, a thirteen year old girl from florida did. She feel 100 feet from the Terminal Velocity Ride at Extreme world in Wisconsin. Charels Carnell, the ride operator, was charged with felony of reckless injury. I think that this story really should show the people who make the rides for the amusement parks that what they make should be done right. I am not a big fan of the huge rides at parks but i will go on them, but they scare me.
This story, of the thirteen year old who might not be able to walk again, opened my eyes a little bit to show that life could change in a blink of an eye. I think that we should all live everyday to the fullest and enjoy it because we never know when it might end. It also made me realize that our community is here for us, like Teagan's community who help raise money for a long-term home therapy, by having a walk-a-thon for her. "It means so much, it is just so overwhelming," Teagan's mother stated. For Teagan, she was lucky to survive the incident, but she might not be able to walk again, it shows that all of us should be thankful for what we have today.
I think that Teagan's case is rare, but it shows that we should not think that oh, it will not happen to me so i wont worry. I think second chances are important in this life today, so learn from the past and live for today because we never know what will happen.
