State Rights On Voter Qualifications
In this article they talked about how they needed to fix the voting qualifications. They said in there that every state should get new voting qualifications not just in Washington. In the Constitution they do have in there some of the qualifications for voting. The 15th Amendment says that right to vote shall not be denied or abridged on account of race or color. Overall in this article, they were just talking about how they needed to change the voter qualifications because of the 15th Amendment.
