Tators & Chops!

Monday night supper consisted of some tasty food. We had some good ol' smoked pork chops and garlic mashed potatoes. We pan fried the pork chops due to this crazy cold weather we are having. The garlic mashed potatoes were cooked in the microwave in a fancy Pampered Chef bowl. The smoked pork chops were delicious as they usually are because this definitely isn't the first time these chops have hit my families' plates. Now, this also isn't the first time we have had garlic mashed potatoes, but it is the first time I have tried them. I didn't found them too appetizing. The pork chops were definitely the best of the night. My mom also had a side of steamed broccoli and carrots also cooked in the microwave. Ipersonally do not like them and think they have an awful smell to them, but thats my opinion. Overall, the supper tonight was quite scrumptious. On the top left is what was left of our pork chops. Yep, they were that good. On the bottom left is the picture of our garlic mashed potatoes.
