Hunting from your Car?
In South Dakota, there was a bill trying to be passed like usual except this one seemed to pop out to me a little bit. House Bill 1164 was about senior citizens being able to hunt from their vehicles. There was certain restrictions, of course, like not being able to hunt on high ways and you had to be at least 65 years old. The bill was first read in House on January 25 and the bill got deferred on February 8, which means it did not pass. I personally think its a good thing. Grandpas and grandmas in their cars driving around with a loaded gun searching for something to shoot seems a little bit dangerous if you ask me. I understand people get old and still have a love for hunting, but I think there comes a point in everyone's life when you just can't do the things you want to.
