How much bacteria is around the school?

In Biology we did a bacteria project. First we started by grabbing three petri plates and 3 cotton swabs. Then we went around the school and found three samples, one for each plate. We got the sample by wetting the cotton swab and then swiping what ever you want to take the sample of. Then when you take your sample then wipe it on to the petri plate. Some of the places that people took a samples are in the bathrooms, on doorhandles, and many other places in the school. Then we let them set in the class room for a week. After the week we looked at our samples and then saw all the bacteria growing.

In this picture is a sample from a high school locker handle.
