Student Opinions

Today's assignment was a result of the elections last night in South Dakota and around the country. There were a lot of changes made and the students in this section are writing their own opinions which are not the opinions of anybody else, the Birdwatcher or the School District. In the spirit of the blogosphere, I want to encourage students to formulate opinions and foster their intrigue into the election process, their communities, and subsequently becoming an active part of their world.

We invite you to join in the conversation, but remember our students are venturing into new territory with opinions as political commentary. Any comments that are inappropriate or anonymous will not be approved on this blog. If you have very strong opinions you would like to share with an audience, please feel free to 'hit' one of the other South Dakota political blogs I also frequent and I am sure that they will gladly entertain your opinions.
