Honoring the Dead

Day of the Dead is celebrated on November 1st and 2nd. In Spanish speaking countries, people honor the deceased friends and family members on these days. That is exactly what the Spanish II class is doing in the form of a project. The students are to create a picture collage of items that the person liked and was interested in. These projects are a great way for students to honor their loved ones.

Above you see Brandi Barondeau working on her picture collage.
