Alumni/Athlete Fundraiser!

Old school is back! With the November 5^th, 2010 Alumni/athlete Fundraiser. The junior post prom committee will be hosting this fundraiser at Deuel High School starting at 6:00 p.m. Admission is one dollar for students and two dollars for parents. The cost of the meal is five dollars. The money that is raised will be used for the 2011 prom banquet and post-prom activities.

To kick off the night there will be a pork loin meal, with some fun entertainment to go along. ”The chorus will be singing some selections from their trip to Branson,” said Jennifer Quail. At 7 p.m. the tip off for the women's basketball game will be started. Following the women's game there will be a few wrestling matches, some cheering throughout the evening, and the night will come to an end with the men's basketball match up. “We are hoping to have the band perform as well as someone (or a duet) sing the National Anthem,” Quail said.

This night is for the current Deuel athletes to have a chance to play cardinal alumni, family, friends, and people of the community. This fundraiser is for a great cause, and it is to let the kids and parents have a chance to have a fun and enjoyable night by playing some sports and eating supper.
