Stimulus Package

The stimulus package that is supposed to be signed today, is going to be used for helping the families that really need the help. This is a $787 billion dollar stimulus package. Now people that are trying to buy a house or a car can get a tax deduction. The package is raising for married couples and help the unemployed. Most people with no jobs aren't worried about paying taxes but you shouldn't think like that. Any one who has not had a paycheck should still have to pay taxes but only if you are over the age of 18. You will need to find different ways of paying for all of it but you get a tax deduction on this also.

My opinion on all of this is that its great for some families but for the rest its not fair. Everyone needs to have a tax date and has got to pay to get money back! You earn that money from working very hard! Some people want to change it from being where you have to spend all of the money for those who have to have food stamps and for those who have a special disability, they need to spend the money with in 60 days of getting it. I would think the Govt. would want you to save it so that when everything does go wrong, you will have some "Mad Money."
