Formal Dance
The Winter Formal dance will be held on January 23, 2009. “This is a formal event meaning that there are to be no jeans or t-shirts. In the past this has been a non-issue as all of the kids have made a great effort to dress up and look good.” Said Chad Shirenbeck. Students will have to pay a fee to enter the dance, however if you choose to bring a date the cost to get in will be cheaper. “The thing I like the most about dances is being with friends.” Said Alyssa Becht. The dance is being held by the Deuel High School Student Council. “Considerieng that this is a school function I would expect students to act as if they are in school. Students are not allowed to leave the building once they are inside and if they do decided to leave they are not allowed back in.” said Chad Schiernbeck.
