what is the most difficult about effective interviews.

What I think is most difficult about effective interviews for me is the listening part. I have always struggled with listening. I think that another hard thing for me would be the body language. I have never had the best posture and I know that it could come off wrong in an interview.

    Try not to distract yourself with your phone, ipod, or anything else. Maybe try going somewhere where there isn't any kind of distractions.
