Rapid City Judge Faces 2 DUI

In this article I read that a Rapid City Judge has gotten his 2 DUI.

Since the judge got his second DUI I feel that he should not be able to be a judge anymore. Judges are suppose to stay behind the bench not sit in the and not be the defendant or the prosecutor. Once a judge gets one DUI they should be done.

If he is a judge I don't think getting DUI's is very professional. Wouldn't you think that since he is a judge that he would know not to drink and drive and get caught by the cops. If he goes to jail I think he should stay there for 1 to 2 years.
