Density, density, density. This is exactly what the 6th graders in Deuel are learning about. This past Thursday they were assigned a worksheet involving calculation density. To make learning how to work with density more fun, Mrs. Christensen gave her class a worksheet where they had to figure out which crown is made of pure gold. To do this, they had to find out the density of each crown. On the left is a picture of Taylor TeGantvoort working on her homework assignment on density.
The Deuel High School Birdwatcher Staff welcome you to our new online edition. We invite you to join in the conversation as our high school journalists venture into the blogosphere. Students write about what is going on in their lives at school, work, home and at play. Thanks for reading!
