Fashion trends are a non stop cycle. Trends that were set in the 60s through 90s are coming back. The “in thing” during our parents' time is now becoming the “in thing” now.

During the sixties skinny jeans and boots were very popular, and eventually died out over time. Now it's a very popular trend again! Almost every girl owns some kind of boots. There are some new kinds and some very similar to the ones worn in the past. Mini skirts also started in the 60s. “Mini skirts are super popular these days, but I think they might be shorter now than before. I learned in American History as the generations have gone on body coverage has become less important,” said Alyssa Becht. Bold, vibrant colors from the 80s are coming back too! For an example, just look at how wild the prom dresses are becoming.

At first when we saw what our parents use to wear, we probably laughed. Now hardly even knowing it, people are dressing the same way!
