What is the most difficult about effective interviews?
To me the most difficult thing about effective interviews would be having to make up the ten questions. Also, I think its pretty hard to ask the people questions because you don't know what their response will be. All their response could be is Yes, No, or i don't know and I never know what to say back to that so you have to keep the interview flowing.
