Intense Interviews!
The most difficult part about an effective interview is thinking of questions to as the interviewee. Questions are, to me, the most important key to an interview. They are a necessity to an effective interview and if you don't have good questions or enough then the interview will go down hill from there. At least ten questions have to be asked to the person you are interviewing and they should be open ended questions. No question should be a yes or no question with out an explanation.

I agree! The questions are the hardest part of an interview.
ReplyDeleteI also think the questions are the hardest things to come up with because you always want to ask questions that will get a good answer.
