We're Half Done

I find it crazy that we've already completed a semester of school! These 4 months have just came and gone. As a senior, I find it overwhelming how fast time really goes.

Half of my senior year is over. There is so much going on in today's day and age that weeks go by so fast! Just think, we've been in school for 24 weeks, when you think of it that way it seems like that's a long time, but I seriously feel like it was just August! Usually winter makes time drag on, but not this one! This has been the fastest year ever. I guess it is true what everyone says "have fun because it goes by way too fast!" We should actually be half done with our senior projects, really. This means after the New Year, we only have 4 months to complete all of it. There is so much to do in and so little time! I'm involved in sports in the fall and winter so this makes my schedule very hectic.

There is so much to anticipate for this next semester including: applying for scholarships, completing our senior projects and term papers, planning graduation, sending graduation invitations, applying to colleges, visiting colleges, senior privileges, and thinking about our futures. It blows my mind that in less than a year, I will be in college! Its weird that I'm even a senior, let alone being half done with my last year!
