Safety Is Key On Halloween
I totally agree with this story. The story is stating good things to be aware about when out and about trick-or-treating. The story has good points, such as having reflectors on your children and make sure they are not alone. I agree with the statement about drivers need to be aware of the children all around and also the children should be aware and cautious for the drivers. The Sioux Falls Police Department says that they have a good track record of children being safe and responsible on Halloween. I agree with them to aware people of these risks.
