Saint Patrick's Day
Saint Patrick's Day was started by Saint Patrick, one of the patron saints of Ireland. The shamrock represents Ireland's flag because it has a shamrock one of its corners. It is always celebrated on March 17. Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated worldwide by the Irish people. The leprechaun is a short little fairy who is invisible. It is celebrated in the countries of Canada, the United States, Great Britian, Montserrat, New Zealand, and Uraguay.
