Valentines Day is on February 14th, the day in which love is spread around for one another. It’s usually a holiday best known for its cards, because of all the joy and laughter it brings to people. Sometimes people have a tendency to send singing cards to people or write a song or a poem for them or even buy them some jewelry. It really just depends on the type of person you are. Lots of people make valentines and send them to soldiers for all the work they do to protect our country.
I talked to sophomore Tasha Gniffke about her opinions are on Valentines Day. Tasha said, “This holiday means telling a person that you love them.” She usually gives her mom and dad a card or something nice. Valentines Day is a great time to let your parents know that you love them.
