Groundhog Day
Groundhog Day is an annual holidayon February 2 in the United States and Canada, which tells if a groundhog emerges from its burrow and fails to see its shadow because the weather is cloudy, winter will soon end. On the other hand, it is sunny and the groundhog sees its shadow, that means winter will continue for six weeks. The largest Groundhog Day in history had a crowd as high as 40,000 people and this was in 1886. It is always held in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. There also is a movie made in 1993 called Groundhog Day. The Goundhog's name is Phil.
