I commented on madvilletimes.com on the the article: Bird Lovers, Federal Regulations Kill Xcel ND Wind Project. This article interested me because it wasn't so political. I found it very interesting that this wind farm was canceled because of endangered birds. I think it's good they are being conservative of endangered species but it doesn't make much sense to cancel a $400 million wind farm!
Worth noting: fellow blogger David Newquist suggests in my comment section that Xcel Energy may be blaming the birds when the real problem may be zoning restrictions and other people conflicts. I need to read moer to find out if that might be the case!
